PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

Opportunities at this valuable platform include exhibiting, (co)hosting a catered event, advertising in the Attendee Guide or Agenda, and securing a hospitality suite for the week. EXHIBIT BOOTHS
Commercial, academic, and government exhibits will be an integral part of the 2026 Directed Energy Systems Symposium. Exhibit booths are located in high-visibility areas, positioned near breaks and the exhibitor reception to maximize traffic and engagement. Eight-by-ten-foot exhibit spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Booths include a six-foot table, two chairs, and a trash can. Please note that electricity is not included with exhibit spaces; however, electrical service and other utilities may be purchased through our convention services provider. For more information, please contact Cynnamon Spain
Exhibit fees include two complimentary registrations, each with different access levels.
Complimentary registrations include:
- One full-event registration (includes all registration benefits including access to all technical sessions)
- One exhibit-only registration (includes all catered meals, breaks, and receptions Tuesday through Thursday, but does not include access to technical or plenary sessions or other attendee benefits)
Other upgrades/options include:
- Additional exhibit-only staff registrations available for purchase
- Upgrade the complimentary exhibit-only registration to a full-event registration
Coupons will be issued upon payment
** Note that exhibit staff attending technical sessions must meet the same security requirements as other Systems Symposium registrants. Specifically, technical sessions are limited to U.S. citizens who are employees of the U.S. Government or its contractors, and who possess a minimum of a need-to-know, or a Secret clearance if attending offsite sessions. Please see SECURITY for further details.

EVENT HOSTING OPPORTUNITIES
Organizations may consider hosting a catered event at the Symposium. All hosts receive recognition on our website and in the symposium agenda and attendee guide. In addition, during the hosted event, a sign is posted recognizing the host and napkins with the host’s corporate logo are used. Reception hosts also receive verbal recognition of their contribution. Host opportunities are as follows:
- Exhibitor Reception: (Tuesday Evening) Light Hors d’oeuvres
- Welcome Drink: (Monday Evening)
- Breakfasts: (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- Lunches: (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
All host opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
ADVERTISE IN PRINT MEDIA
DEPS now offers an opportunity for organizations to showcase their companies to our community. The Attendee Guide includes information relevant to every day at the event as well as a brief description of each exhibitor. Attendees keep this guide with them throughout the week, making it one of the best places to highlight your brand, services, and offerings.
In addition, you may now purchase advertising space in our agenda. Full- or Half-Page Ads are available for purchase on the back cover or center page. Advertising in the event’s print media helps you:
- Reach a highly engaged audience while they’re actively planning their events for the week, such as where to go and who to visit.
- Increase visibility beyond your booth with repeated exposure throughout the event.
- Drive traffic and conversations by featuring your message next to high-use schedules, maps, and daily content.

HOSPITALITY SUITES
Six hospitality suites will be available at the Hyatt Regency Monterey during the Systems Symposium. A suite (A spacious living and dining area for hospitality connected to an included king bedroom - includes a separate bathroom, mini fridge, and wet bar) is available for the week (check-in Monday and check-out Friday) and runs $3000 for the four nights. This price is for suite only - all other expenses must be arranged with the hotel. Suites are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
