Thank you for your support of DEPS activities. This form should be used to submit an application to exhibit at the Joint Conference on T&E Support to Prototyping and Experimentation to be held 5-8 February 2024 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

We offer both 8x10 foot and 8x20 foot exhibit spaces; each space includes a table, chairs, and a trash can. Electricity is not included with these exhibit spaces; however, electricity and other services will be obtainable from our convention services firm. Additionally, the 8x10 exhibit spaces include two complimentary full registrations and a quarter-page ad in the Exhibitor Brochure, while 8x20 exhibit spaces include four full registations and a half-page ad. In addition, non-sponsor/corporate member exhibitors will also receive a one-year ITEA Corporate Membership and either 5 (large company) or 3 (small company) individual ITEA memberships.

Price per space varies based on your corporation's status with DEPS and ITEA; see options below. Multiple methods of payment are offered, including using our secure server to pay on-line at this time.

Exhibit staff will register using the online Exhibit Staff Registration form which will be available from the DETE Exhibits page once registration for the event is opened.

Cancellation Notice
Exhibitors requesting cancellation through 8 January will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 8 January are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after 22 January 2023.

Please note that DEPS reserves the right to refuse any exhibit application.
