Directed Energy Effects Databases
The Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD R&E) has developed two databases to store and retrieve Directed Energy Effects data: the Laser Lethality Database (LLDB) and the High-Power Microwave Effects Database (HADES). These databases support various activities related to Directed Energy weapons, such as analysis, modeling, and decision-making. This presentation will provide an overview of the databases, their functionalities, their onboarding schedules, and future integration possibilities with other efforts within the Directed Energy ecosystem.
