Laser Lethality Database
The Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD R&E) has sponsored the creation of a Laser Lethality Database (LLDB). This database is designed to efficiently store and retrieve laser effects test data, aiding in activities such as weaponeering, analysis, war games, modeling, and tactical decision-making. Developed through input and cooperation from stakeholders across the Department of Defense (DoD), the LLDB is now transitioning to an operations and maintenance stage. This briefing will cover the current state of the project and roadmap for the future.
