Speaker Biography: Ms. Buix is currently a Contracting Officer at the Air Force Research
Laboratory (AFRL), Directed Energy Directorate, Kirtland AFB, NM. Ms. Buix received an MBA from
Webster University in 2006. She has supported HEL-JTO since 2003. She previously worked for the
Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) throughout the world.
